  1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • We will only consider refund requests for the following reasons:
    • Incorrect order: If the delivered order doesn’t match what was originally requested.
    • Order damage: If the order is damaged during delivery or pickup, rendering it unsuitable for consumption.
    • Poor food quality: If the customer finds the quality of the food to be significantly below expectations.
  1. Timeframe for Refund Requests
  • Refund requests must be made within two hours of receiving the order.
  • Any requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.
  1. Refund Process
  • To request a refund, customers need to contact our customer support team either by phone, email, or any of our social media platform.
  • You may request that your Order is cancelled or changed after it has been submitted, but this will only be possible before 48 hours to collection / delivery date during which an admin fee of 15% is chargeable. This can be done by contacting the Customer Service Team (see below for details). No refund will be permissible if the attempt to cancel is made within 24 hours.
  • Customers should provide their order details, including the order number and a description of the issue. A photo may be requested if applicable.
  •  If you cancel or change your Order, your original payment will still be processed. Where you are eligible for a refund, you can obtain this by contacting our Customer Service Team (see below for details). We will process refunds within ten (10) working days.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations
  • We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
    • Customer dissatisfaction with taste preferences or cooking style not meeting personal expectations.
    • Delayed food delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or traffic incidents.
    • Customer absence or unavailability at the delivery address during the agreed-upon delivery time.
    • Mistaken customer order placement.
